Sleeping like a baby

I started taking reishi before going to bed to see if it would improve my sleep and it is definitely working! I usually have a hard time falling asleep, often not being able to quiet my brain and stop overthinking/worrying, but not anymore! I fall asleep easily and also wake up much less during the night. Highly recommend to anyone with sleep issues!
